Freeze-drying is a dehydration process to preserve food. It works by freezing
food and then reducing the surrounding pressure to allow the frozen water in
the food to sublimate directly from the solid phase to the gas phase. This

Select ripe and sweet fruits

We only select ripe and sweet fruits to prepare and cut to shape

Dry fruits in FD machine

Fruits are dried at -30C for several days. We do not hurry to ensure products taste and structure integrity

Visually inspect one-by-one

Fruits are individually investigated for their dryness before packed inside air seal aluminum bags. Few samples are selected to test for AW.
